FUTURE WITHDRAWAL DECLARATION
State the withdrawal clearly.
When enabled, the form must identify the contract or purchase and preserve the exact declaration with a UTC timestamp. No reason, evidence or agreement to new terms is required for a withdrawal declaration.
Contractor: TC888 GmbH. The statutory declaration must remain separate from cancellation and commercial refund handling.
Future receipt contract: after a real server-side write succeeds, the page must show a durable receipt ID, UTC timestamp, exact declaration copy, processing status and a saveable copy. Email acknowledgment must be reported separately and never claimed if email delivery fails.
